Return Policy for Fluxxo Luxury Watches

We at Fluxxo want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury watch purchase. Our Return Policy allows you to return items under specific conditions.

Return Eligibility

You may return any unused, undamaged watches within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@fluxxo.site with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back to us. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was sent in error.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear in your account.
